4. Storage and deletion

  • Job applications: Stored for up to 6 months after the recruitment process has ended, unless you have consented to longer storage.
  • Accounting and contract data: Stored in accordance with the requirements of the Norwegian Accounting Act, normally 5 years.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We may share data with:

  • Data processors: Providers of IT systems and services we use (e.g. email provider, website platform). They process data only on our instructions and are bound by data processing agreements.
  • Public authorities: Where we are legally required to do so.
